- Chile One Mr Zambia
In October, 2025, Chile One released his first ever political song. The song was called “Alebomba Umuntu” which simply means “The Person Is Working“. He was obviously paid to sing the political song by the UPND. No big artist would risk their music career without getting paid. In May, 2026, Chile One released another political song called “Hichilema” on which he collaborated with Tanzanian superstar Harmonize. Chile One is alse set for another release called “Bally Nafuti“ - Yo Maps
In October, 2025, Olios Records CEO, Yo Maps dropped a campaign song for the UPND. This wasn’t the first time Yo Maps was dropping a campaign song. If you can recall, he once released a song for the Patriotic Front called “Aleteka Nakambi”. This time around, he sang for the UPND on a song called “Aleteka“. This time around, he didn’t receive much criticism like in the past. Most Zambians have acknowledged the fact musicians only sing songs for the money. - Slapdee
The XYZ Entertainment artist, Slapdee is also not someone new when it comes to singing political songs. In the past, he also once released a song for the Patriotic Front. Early 2026. he released a song for the UPND called Aikona Man. He hasn’t also received much negative responses like in the past. - Chester
Chester is not someone new to releasing political songs. He has in the past released a couple of political songs for the PF. This year, he was caught in controversy. He released political songs for different parties. This was not well received by UPND. He released a song called Aiminina Tente for the National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity (NRPUP). He also released a song called Hailanga for the UPND. - Rich Bizzy
His story is very similar with Chester. Both artists, Chester and Rich Bizzy have worked closely. They have worked with Shenky and Kadafi on most political songs. Their recent project was Aiminina Tente.
