Speaking on The Kenny T Podcast, Zambian musician said he is the ony person doing music in his family. Chester says he was inspired to do music by his father. His father was a footballer and electrician. He used to play so much music and used to repair amplifiers for people. He also revealed that the only person whose doing music in the family professionally is himself. Some of his siblings do music but part time because they work for different organisations. Others are jounalists and others are teachers.
Chester explains that after he completed Grade 12, thats the time he decided to do music professionally. He asked his father to buy him a computer and not take him to college or university. He also says he has advised his sibling to not always think of becoming like him because being an artist is not easy. Chester says he is not yet where he wants to be in this life thats why he created an album named AM ON MY WAY.
