Finally the long awaited tribute song by Rich Bizzy, Chester, Shenky & Kadaffi has been released. The song is titled “Abasuma Baya”. This tribute song is dedicated to their close friend Dandy Crazy who passed away on the 2nd of January, 2025. The cause of his death was a road traffic accident which happened along Great North Road. Three of his friends died on the spot. Dandy Krazy was rushed to the hospital and was in a critical condition. He went through surgery and around 01hrs on the 2nd of January, 2025, he passed away. Thousands of people mourned him and celebrated his life the way he may have possibly wanted.
This is and was a big loss to the Zambian Music Industry. Dandy Crazy or sometimes called Dandy Krazy made a huge impact in the Zambian Music Industry. He is not only known for his hit singles in the 2010s, but also for political songs for the Patriotic Front especially the one he released in 2011 titled “Donchi Kubeba”. Losing someone close is so painful. It has a huge emotional and physical impact. Not only that, there is no timeline or timeframe from healing to recover from a loss of a loved one.
