The song was released 41 years ago and it has began to trend thanks to Nigerian skit maker, Brain Jotter. Brian Jotter’s viral dance moves to Ejeagha’s iconic song “Ka Esi Le Onye Isi Oche” made his old song more popular as well. Brian Jotter’s viral dance video has been viewed more than 30 million times. Nigerian legend singer Mike Ejeagha whose now 91 years old was visited by Brain Jotter after the dance video went viral.
After the viral dance went viral, Brian Jotter was caught up in drama where he was blasted for only giving out 2 million naira which is around 32,000 in Zambian Kwacha. To make it clear, Brian Jotter said the 2 million naira was his personal hard earned money and not from the video. He said he didnt make any money from the video since the video wasnt eligible for monetization.
